Tuesday, January 20th, The Circle of Love Committee will serve the Red Hats. Please arrive by 9:30AM.

Sunday, February 16th, the Circle Committee will host a fundraising Valentine’s Dinner. The menu will include pork, mashed potatoes, gravy, macaroni & cheese, green beans, rolls, dessert, and beverage. The cost of the meal is $9 per person, $5 for children 5 -12, and Free for children under 5. There is a sign-up sheet on the table outside the church and in the kitchen. Members are welcome and encouraged to pay for their seat in advance. To do so, please see Linda Airhart.

Friday and Saturday, March 14th and 15th the Circle Committee will host our annual Yard Sale. More information will be coming soon.

Saturday, March 29th, the FIGS Commission will host our first ever Easter Scavenger Hunt Eggstravaganza. The event will be for the local community and will run from 11 to 1. On this day there will be a large scavenger hunt throughout the church, giveaways, games, concessions and more. This is our chance to invite small families to our church and show them why they should be a part of this amazing family. We need all hands on deck for that day. Pastor Gretchen and the FIGS Commission are working hard to ensure the work is done and volunteers will just have to show up and have a good time. Whether 9 or 90+… there is a job for you. Many of our volunteer needs are simply sitting in chairs socializing with others. Please, please, please, consider signing up. A sign-up sheet is in both the lobby and the kitchen of the church. Thank you in advance for your help with this project. We can touch lives most by BEING the hands and feet of Jesus.

HOW CAN I HELP?

The FIGS Commission has set a goal to give away 50 laundry baskets the day of our event. We know... that’s a huge goal… but why not shoot for the stars? We need your help. Please consider purchasing laundry detergent, dryer sheets or spot cleaner for our basket giveaway. You can bring one item or several items. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your help. If anyone knows of a business that would consider donating to our event in exchange for advertisement, please speak to Pastor Gretchen.

What’s the most important thing I can do to help besides volunteering to help?
